then we recommend that

you take advantage of our

"Personal Sessions/Body Maintenance"!

If you're looking for a place to exercise,

whether it's for a light workout

in your spare time

or a hard workout after work,

we recommend using our

"Facilities (Training Area)"!

Initial appointments can be made by phone or email. When booking, please let us know your preferred date, time, and session.

When you arrive on the day of your visit, you will be given an explanation of our facilities and plans, and asked to fill out a membership form.

After you have completed the membership form, you will be able to use the facility.

The athletic trainer/acupuncturist in charge will ask you about your physical condition and medical history to assess your condition.


After assessing your physical condition, we will begin the necessary care and training.


※ A trial session is available for the first time only. In this session, we will focus on evaluating your physical condition. We will discuss with you the cause of your discomfort and your future plan.

For the first time, we accept reservations by phone or email.

When you arrive on the day of your visit, you will receive an explanation of the facilities and plans, and complete the membership registration process.

After completing the membership registration process, you will watch a video explaining the use of the machines.

After registering and watching the video, you are free to use the machines.

If you have any questions about how to use the machines, please ask the staff. Please note that personal plan users have priority in using the machines.

We also have a muscle strength test plan. Please ask our staff if you would like to use this service.

  Group sessions are also available.
